St George's + Pre-School Club, After School Club & Holiday Club

St George's + Breakfast Club

Junior School Girls who arrive between 7.45am and 8.30am should sign in to Breakfast Club in the St George's Centre where they will be supervised before being taken to their classes.

There is no charge for this service but breakfast can be bought from our Café - Café St George.

Lower and Upper School are welcome to use the St George's Centre and the Cafe if they arrive early. Junior School students must always be accompanied by an adult, or be signed in to Breakfast Club.

St George's + Junior School (3.00 - 6.00pm)

Throughout the school term trained staff organise and supervise St George's+ from the end of the Junior school day until 5.00pm. A varied programme is available each day allowing for recreation, a wide range of practical activities, the chance to let off a bit of steam and the opportunity to do home work.

A charge is made for After School Club and the fees for this time will be added retrospectively. At 5pm this club moves to the St George's Centre and there is an opportunity to have pre-booked evening meals for £2.50 or to buy snacks from Cafe St George.

St George's + Lower School (3:50 - 6:00pm)

Girls in Primary 6, Remove (P7, Yr 6) and Lower Four (S1, Yr 7) wishing to stay late after school, are supervised in Lansdowne House where there is the opportunity to have a snack, relax, do homework, or participate in play and activities.

At 5pm this club moves to the St George's Centre and there is an opportunity to have pre-booked evening meals for £2.50 or to buy snacks from Café St George.

Students in P6, Remove and Lower 4 who have attended clubs finishing at 5.00pm and require further care should go to the St George's Centre and register with the member of staff on duty. The After School Care team will be responsible for these students until they are collected.

A charge is made for After School Club and the fees for this time will be added retrospectively.

The first 15 minutes of After School Care are free of charge for all girls, following which normal After School Care rates will be charged half hourly.

St George's + Upper School (3:50 - 6:00pm)

Upper School Students can use the Upper School Library or work in one of the classrooms beside the school office until 6.00 pm.

St George's + Holiday Club

Holiday Club runs during all school holiday periods apart from Christmas and the last two days of the summer holidays. Holiday Club opens at 8.00am and closes at 6.00pm, Monday - Friday, and offers lots of fun, play and variety.

Children should bring their own packed lunches if staying for the whole day but other snacks are provided (often made by the children themselves).
